Can I pause my membership?
Yes! At Great Hall Iron, our members have the ability to pause their membership without any hidden fees for a minimum of 30 days up to a maximum of 90 days per calendar year. Whether you need to take a break from exercise or just need the extra time to focus on something else, we make pausing your membership simple and easy.
Do you have an injury policy?
Your health and safety are our number one priority at Great Hall Iron. In the event of a major injury or medical event, like pregnancy or major surgery, our team is here to support you. We know that these can be difficult and unpredictable times, and want to ensure that you have all the resources you need during your recovery process. Our injury policy allows you to pause your membership without penalty for as long as it takes for you to get healthy. So you can pick up right where you left off when you're ready.
Will my membership auto renew?
Memberships are not auto renewed. We value the trust you have placed in us to provide an exceptional fitness experience and would never violate that trust by billing you for something you are unaware of or did not agree too. We will never "ghost" charge you at the end of our agreed upon term.
What additional fees can I expect?
Joining a gym is an investment in your health and your wallet; which is why our memberships at Great Hall Iron are all-inclusive. You will never have to worry about additional fees with us. That means no hidden or surprise costs related to membership--all the benefits are included in one simple price.
